About the role
- You research and qualify potential customers (prospecting)
- You make outbound calls — always with a clear structure and objective
- You use tools like Amplemarket, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot and AI-powered workflows
- You test new messaging approaches and determine what actually works — always data-driven
- You work closely with the Head of Marketing, the founders and our AE team
Requirements
- You have no fear of picking up the phone — on the contrary: you enjoy it
- You speak fluent German and are professionally confident in English
- You are persistent, don’t give up at the first “no interest” and follow up consistently
- You have the drive to seriously develop a career in sales — not just as a side activity
- You work in a structured, data-driven way, think proactively and want to contribute to growth
- Initial experience in outbound sales, recruiting, or a startup environment is a plus
