About the role

  • Drive the growth and market adoption of our next-generation E-Commerce Health Suite
  • Build and manage a national sales pipeline of TPAs, benefit administrators, and strategic channel partners
  • Develop account strategies to drive adoption of our E-Commerce Health Suite
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, pricing, and go-to-market materials
  • Lead contract negotiations and close enterprise-level deals
  • Track and forecast sales performance using CRM tools and report directly to the executive team
  • Represent the company at key industry events and conferences (HCAA, SIIA, ECFC, etc.)

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration or other related field
  • 10+ years of experience selling consumer-directed health solutions (e.g., OTC programs, FSA/HSA payment integrations, wellness incentives, or benefits tech) to TPAs or benefit administrators
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar sales targets
  • Strong understanding of benefit card networks, substantiation requirements, and CDH ecosystem partners
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-growth startup environment
