About the role
- Drive the growth and market adoption of our next-generation E-Commerce Health Suite
- Build and manage a national sales pipeline of TPAs, benefit administrators, and strategic channel partners
- Develop account strategies to drive adoption of our E-Commerce Health Suite
- Partner with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, pricing, and go-to-market materials
- Lead contract negotiations and close enterprise-level deals
- Track and forecast sales performance using CRM tools and report directly to the executive team
- Represent the company at key industry events and conferences (HCAA, SIIA, ECFC, etc.)
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration or other related field
- 10+ years of experience selling consumer-directed health solutions (e.g., OTC programs, FSA/HSA payment integrations, wellness incentives, or benefits tech) to TPAs or benefit administrators
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar sales targets
- Strong understanding of benefit card networks, substantiation requirements, and CDH ecosystem partners
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Comfortable in a fast-growth startup environment
