About the role
- Supports OCHIN’s mission by leveraging deep technical expertise
- Resolving complex technical issues, optimizing processes, and implementing innovative solutions
- Aligning technical strategies with business objectives
- Fostering collaboration with non-technical stakeholders
- Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality by building, testing, and maintaining features according to specifications and requirements
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and address member maintenance issues
- Drive documentation and knowledge sharing by creating and optimizing technical documentation
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar or relevant role
- Bachelor’s Degree (Healthcare Informatics or Computer Science preferred) or a combination of college education and 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Work history in Healthcare IT is required
- Epic EpicCare Ambulatory certification is required
- At least 5 years of experience as a Certified Epic Applications Analyst, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Ambulatory build is required
- Strong communication skills – able to communicate with both application and technical team members, as well as end users and SMEs
- Consistently acts with integrity and accountability
- Process and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making
- Proactive, self-motivated, and solution oriented.
