About the role
- Develop and execute the product roadmap for the Altera tumor genomic profiling product line.
- Prioritize new features and initiatives, balancing customer needs and operational constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product execution.
- Oversee product performance, identify key metrics, and collaborate with teams to drive continuous improvement strategies.
- Conduct Voice of Customer (VOC) interviews, market research, and competitive analysis to inform product development.
- Identify new business opportunities and create financial models to support product initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in product management, product marketing, commercialization, or strategic consulting.
- Experience with oncology products, diagnostics, or medical devices, particularly in molecular testing or somatic biomarker testing, is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of leading product management initiatives in the life sciences or biotech industry.
