About the role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers across departments as their primary contact.
- Leverage deep knowledge of the Nasdaq Verafin product suite to align customer needs with solutions.
- Drive retention by maximizing product adoption and optimizing application use.
- Conduct strategic customer interviews and deliver Business Reviews aligned with their success goals.
- Manage feedback and escalations promptly while collaborating cross-functionally and tracking activities in Salesforce and Gainsight.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer relationship management.
- Strong ability to engage customers, uncover issues, and build trust.
- Skilled at navigating and influencing stakeholders across all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality.
- Adaptable and proficient with CRM tools in fast-paced environments.
