About the role

  • Analyze and handle IT operational incidents: Perform in-depth analysis of Level 2 incidents.
  • Escalate incidents and identify anomalies requiring corrective maintenance.
  • Perform consistency checks on the incident management process.
  • Document workaround procedures for Level 2 incident management.
  • Lead incident management for the IT department: Coordinate major IT incidents.
  • Review incidents across the different IT services.
  • Identify recurring problems to reduce the number of IT incidents.
  • Operationally manage corrective maintenance activities: Report anomalies related to corrective maintenance.
  • Manage and prioritize the tracking of corrective maintenance anomalies.
  • Populate and maintain dashboards for corrective maintenance activity.

Requirements

  • Degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Proven experience in production incident management.
  • Solid general knowledge of system and network infrastructures.
  • Strong knowledge of the ITIL framework and Agile methodologies.
  • Initial experience in DevOps environments is a plus.
  • Dynamic, organized, analytical and synthesizing mindset, with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Demonstrates autonomy, curiosity, proactivity, and enjoys working in a team.
