About the role
- Analyze and handle IT operational incidents: Perform in-depth analysis of Level 2 incidents.
- Escalate incidents and identify anomalies requiring corrective maintenance.
- Perform consistency checks on the incident management process.
- Document workaround procedures for Level 2 incident management.
- Lead incident management for the IT department: Coordinate major IT incidents.
- Review incidents across the different IT services.
- Identify recurring problems to reduce the number of IT incidents.
- Operationally manage corrective maintenance activities: Report anomalies related to corrective maintenance.
- Manage and prioritize the tracking of corrective maintenance anomalies.
- Populate and maintain dashboards for corrective maintenance activity.
Requirements
- Degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Proven experience in production incident management.
- Solid general knowledge of system and network infrastructures.
- Strong knowledge of the ITIL framework and Agile methodologies.
- Initial experience in DevOps environments is a plus.
- Dynamic, organized, analytical and synthesizing mindset, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Demonstrates autonomy, curiosity, proactivity, and enjoys working in a team.
