Administrative Assistant

• Manage billing in accordance with SGB V and SGB XI for the fully inpatient care area
• Review, process and bill occupancy and short- and long-term care services with payers
• Transmit data to payers and verify entitlement to benefits and remuneration claims
• Follow up on outstanding items, including dunning/collections
• Responsible for cash management (including postings)
• Point of contact for our residents and their relatives as well as for internal departments
• General office tasks (internal mail, ordering office supplies, etc.)
