About the role
- Strategically manage key accounts in the poultry industry
- Drive sales growth, market share, and long-term partnerships
- Develop and execute strategic account plans with cross-functional teams
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
- Lead workshops, presentations, and symposia
- Prepare and conduct impactful customer meetings
- Promote our company's products by aligning solutions with customer needs
- Secure customer commitment and drive product adoption
Requirements
- Degree in Veterinary Science is preferred
- Field sales experience in Animal Health is an advantage
- In-depth knowledge of the poultry industry is an advantage
- Strong negotiation, diplomacy, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel and work independently
- Drive license cat.
