About the role

  • Support and optimize the supply chain by coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners
  • Manage inventory flows and work with data to support forecasting and operational planning
  • Maintain daily communication with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams
  • Monitor, automate and optimize data across supply chain systems to ensure accuracy and performance
  • Coordinate product branding and packaging specifications with suppliers
  • Conduct data analysis on inventory databases, purchase orders, and other areas

Requirements

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Other languages are a big plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience in supply chain, preferably with a D2C brand
  • Available at least 20 hours a week during CET mornings (your location doesn't matter)
