About the role
- Support and optimize the supply chain by coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners
- Manage inventory flows and work with data to support forecasting and operational planning
- Maintain daily communication with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams
- Monitor, automate and optimize data across supply chain systems to ensure accuracy and performance
- Coordinate product branding and packaging specifications with suppliers
- Conduct data analysis on inventory databases, purchase orders, and other areas
Requirements
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Other languages are a big plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience in supply chain, preferably with a D2C brand
- Available at least 20 hours a week during CET mornings (your location doesn't matter)
