Requirements
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related quantitative field (Ph.D. is a plus)
5+ years of hands-on experience in Computer Vision and/or Machine Learning, with a deep understanding of training and deploying Machine/Deep Learning models
2+ years of recent engineering management experience leading an AI/ML focused team of 6+ engineers
Proven track record of successfully launching and operating Computer Vision or Machine Learning applications at scale
Deep understanding of building and maintaining large-scale ML products, especially those requiring high reliability and performance in the field
Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, coach, and grow engineering talent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) or Autonomous Driving is a strong plus
Experience with sensor fusion (e.g., camera, radar, lidar data) [bonus]
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for MLOps and model deployment [bonus]
Familiarity with real-time embedded systems or automotive-grade software development [bonus]
