About the role

  • Assist with planning and execution of business priorities and deliverables
  • Monitor and help manage inbound sales and consulting team requests, qualify inbound NQDC sales leads, and support preparation of materials and responses for prospect RFPs
  • Prepare dashboards, track KPIs, and compile metrics for leadership and control forums
  • Help document procedures, monitor key controls, and coordinate with LRC partners on reviews and audits
  • Support coordination with Product, Marketing, and LRC teams to align initiatives and communications

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of relevant financial services industry or related experience with a focus on Nonqualified Deferred Compensation plans
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with reporting or CRM tools a plus
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic team
