About the role
- Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and ongoing system improvements
- Leverage expertise in Service Cloud and Commerce to deliver tailored solutions
- Work in an Agile environment, contributing to assigned user stories, continuous integration, and development to deliver enhancements and new solutions
- Utilize business intelligence skills to extract meaningful data and provide actionable insights
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance across the Salesforce platform
- Provide technical support, training, and best practice guidance to Salesforce users
- Manage third-party tools and integrations to enhance Salesforce functionality
Requirements
- 4+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a focus on Service Cloud and Commerce
- Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or other relevant Salesforce certification is a plus
- Proficient in working with Scrum, Jira, and other Agile tools and frameworks
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, Salesforce declarative tools, and third-party integrations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively diagnose and resolve platform issues
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to seamlessly work with diverse teams and engage with stakeholders
