• Outbound lead generation to build the pipeline for the Inside Sales team
• Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, web and email
• Conducting individualized needs analyses and actively qualifying incoming leads
• Close collaboration with Sales, Pre-sales and Marketing teams to implement specific customer strategies
• Continuously updating data and call outcomes in Salesforce
• Working with the Product and Sales Enablement teams to stay informed about product updates, customer value propositions and market trends
