About the role

  • You are responsible for designing and crafting intuitive user interfaces for our web-based applications
  • You create user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
  • You develop and maintain UI design systems, style guides, and component libraries
  • You are responsible for analyzing and improving existing designs with a focus on usability, accessibility, and conversion
  • You work closely with Product Management, IT, and various stakeholders
  • You ensure high-quality end-to-end user experiences across the product lifecycle

Requirements

  • Degree or completed training in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • 2+ years of practical experience designing digital products
  • Strong proficiency in using Figma to create interactive prototypes and designs
  • Understanding of frontend implementation (experience with React is a plus)
  • Experience creating prototypes and design systems
  • Strong conceptual skills, user-centered approach, and attention to detail
  • Independent work style, high initiative, and enjoyment of teamwork
  • Excellent German and English language skills
