About the role
- Ensure proactive, ongoing management of high-value UEAT client relationships, including regular business reviews and development of a portfolio management plan aligned with strategic objectives
- Optimize the customer experience at every stage of the lifecycle, ensuring full and effective use of UEAT solutions
- Implement personalized retention strategies to prevent churn and preserve portfolio value
- Support clients in increasing order volume and average order value through concrete recommendations
- Act as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for assigned clients, coordinating interactions with internal teams as needed
- Provide ongoing training to clients to ensure they fully leverage the features of the UEAT platform
- Handle complaints and compensation requests with rigor and efficiency, ensuring prompt and professional follow-up
- Provide recommendations to the product team on key features or initiatives to develop in order to meet client needs
- Use a consultative sales approach to recommend complementary UEAT services or solutions based on business needs
- Complete required documentation quickly and accurately to ensure a smooth, professional experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of experience in strategic sales, account management, or business development with proven results, including at least 1–2 years in client relationship management
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Knowledge of consultative selling processes, pipeline tracking and reporting
- Demonstrated experience developing relationships with strategic clients
- Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both internal teams and clients
- Strong business acumen and analytical ability to evaluate performance and guide strategy.
