About the role

  • Deliver against quarterly sales objectives through the execution of perfect store principles.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales representatives, fostering a culture of motivation, accountability, and high performance.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, ride-alongs, and group training sessions to enhance the skills and performance of sales reps.
  • Set clear sales targets and KPIs for representatives. Regularly review performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the distributor and retailer headquarter teams to implement effective sales strategies that align with district goals and market demands.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities, sharing insights with the team to optimize sales approaches.
  • Support sales reps in building and maintaining strong relationships with store owners and key customers to drive partnership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the retail or convenience store industry
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team of sales representatives
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and drive actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel within the district as needed
