About the role
- Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
- Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
- Order product for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions
- Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
- Carry out in-store visits according to DSD Merchandising Steps
- Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service
- Communicate any issues with the management team
- Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed)
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet defined physical activities (repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs)
- Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25-35 miles range from Wichita Falls, TX
- Schedule availability required: Five days per week including potential weekends; start by 6 am
