About the role
- Provide a high level of service to the intercompany export shipping process
- Responsible for exporting intercompany shipments, including creating billing documents in SAP
- Prepare other export documents
- Coordinate with external parties, such as customs brokers
- Liaise with the warehouse team and third-party logistics operators to prepare shipments
Requirements
- Experience in export logistics or transportation
- Practical knowledge of customs processes and documentation
- Ability to interpret data
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.; PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under pressure
