About the role
- Join a team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writers to meet merchandising needs
- Fulfill merchandising through communication & relationship building
- Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
- Represent Mondelēz products in front of in-store employees
- Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility
- Carry out in-store visits and capture pictures of displays
- Order products for shelves and displays
- Ensure leading brands are well represented and stocked
- Follow daily schedules set by merchandising manager
- Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and product launches
- Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude in stores
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated and can work independently
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed)
- Ability to perform physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25 miles from the primary location Waterboro, ME
- Schedule availability required: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat
