About the role
- Join team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writers
- Fulfill merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
- Stock store shelves and maintain/change out displays
- Represent Mondelēz brands in front of in-store employees
- Work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products
- Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
- Order product for shelf and display to ensure stock conditions
- Ensure leading brands are well represented and maintained
- Follow daily schedule set by merchandising manager
- Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and product launches
- Demonstrate positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in store
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated and can work independently
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
- Meet defined physical activities (repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs)
- Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25 miles range from Plymouth Meeting, PA
