About the role

  • Lead the end-to-end project delivery within S4o9 transformation program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines
  • Act as the liaison between Regional o9 and Product / Global o9 workstreams and partner teams, ensuring clear communication driving decisions and requirements
  • Proven ability in building and motivating effective teams across internal and external partners
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency and accountability on project deliverables throughout the S4o9 transformation process
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with the transformation project, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align projects outcomes with organizational goals and adapt to evolving priorities

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Digital and Business Transformation Projects and Project management
  • at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of delivering project using recognised Project Management Methodologies - Waterfall, SAfe, Scrum, Prince2 etc.
  • Knowledge and experience of MDLZ TGM would be ideal
  • Working experience with o9 software
  • Advanced expertise in working with Project Management Tools and JIRA
  • Comprehensive understanding of SAP Activate Methodology - release management, DevOps methodology, Data Migration, Testing and Cut over Management
  • Familiarity with SAP RISE deployment would be good to have
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire project teams and drive successful project outcomes
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field
  • Project Management Certification from industry accredited bodies - PMP, Agile/Scrum etc.
