About the role

  • Ensure project governance, budget and timeline development, build quality, testing and operational readiness
  • Drive consistency and quality in execution of projects
  • Identify and mitigate project-level risks
  • Provide project reporting and status updates
  • Manage budget, resource planning and utilization
  • Confirm completion and consistency of projects and their readiness to go live
  • Own relationship with external vendors including quality assurance

Requirements

  • At least 5 years' experience in a vendor management or strategic partnership development
  • Proven experience in project management methodology
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong focus on cost, schedule and quality of project delivery
  • Strategic thinking abilities to identify opportunities
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations
  • University degree in Finance, Business Management, or similar discipline
  • Progressive Work Experience in IT and or BPO Outsourced environment in Vendor Mngt, Project Management, Process improvement, C.I., TPM, or other quality programs.
  • Experience of working in a global business services environment or internal service delivery
