About the role
- Ensure project governance, budget and timeline development, build quality, testing and operational readiness
- Drive consistency and quality in execution of projects
- Identify and mitigate project-level risks
- Provide project reporting and status updates
- Manage budget, resource planning and utilization
- Confirm completion and consistency of projects and their readiness to go live
- Own relationship with external vendors including quality assurance
Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience in a vendor management or strategic partnership development
- Proven experience in project management methodology
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong focus on cost, schedule and quality of project delivery
- Strategic thinking abilities to identify opportunities
- Ability to navigate ambiguous situations
- University degree in Finance, Business Management, or similar discipline
- Progressive Work Experience in IT and or BPO Outsourced environment in Vendor Mngt, Project Management, Process improvement, C.I., TPM, or other quality programs.
- Experience of working in a global business services environment or internal service delivery
