About the role

  • Lead a commercially focused team to ensure sustainable growth by delivering scientific solutions
  • Develop and execute Toblerone’s commercial growth strategy across North America
  • Partner with Sales and Support teams to develop new business opportunities
  • Maintain and develop strategic growth plans for customers
  • Manage pricing and assortment in conjunction with supply chain function
  • Monitor, analyze and report on market and competitor trends to identify new opportunities
  • Develop and drive customer and distributor relationships across all levels

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 7-10 years’ experience in commercial, sales, trade marketing, or distributor management within FMCG/CPG
  • Strong understanding of commercial planning, joint business planning, and revenue management
  • Proven track record of working with distributor partners and navigating matrix organizations
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable commercial strategies
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills across internal teams and external customers
