About the role
- Lead a commercially focused team to ensure sustainable growth by delivering scientific solutions
- Develop and execute Toblerone’s commercial growth strategy across North America
- Partner with Sales and Support teams to develop new business opportunities
- Maintain and develop strategic growth plans for customers
- Manage pricing and assortment in conjunction with supply chain function
- Monitor, analyze and report on market and competitor trends to identify new opportunities
- Develop and drive customer and distributor relationships across all levels
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7-10 years’ experience in commercial, sales, trade marketing, or distributor management within FMCG/CPG
- Strong understanding of commercial planning, joint business planning, and revenue management
- Proven track record of working with distributor partners and navigating matrix organizations
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable commercial strategies
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills across internal teams and external customers
