Collections

• Initiate collection calls and emails.
• Monitor A/R aging and customer accounts to minimize past due accounts.
• Process credit card, check, ACH, and money order payments for accounts receivable.
• Work with Client Services on escalating collection actions.
• Distribute A/R aging reports and discuss issues with Accounting Manager, Controller and Client Services.
• Generate A/R statements.
• Cross train with other AR & Collection Specialists.
• Support billing function when needed.
• Protect company proprietary and confidential information.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects to ensure timely deliverables and excellent customer experience.
• Coordinate with various team members throughout the organization to meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.
• Provide essential research to resolve issues.
