About the role
- Develop and execute a comprehensive data migration strategy aligned with the project schedule
- Define and manage cutover plans, including activity sequencing and resource allocation
- Coordinate with functional teams to validate migrated data and ensure completeness
- Monitor and mitigate risks related to data migration and cutover activities
- Provide leadership during go-live and ensure a smooth transition to SAP S/4HANA
- Other routine responsibilities in the area.
Requirements
- Expertise in SAP data migration tools (SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW, ETL tools)
- Strong understanding of legacy system data structures and data cleansing processes
- Experience planning and executing cutovers in large-scale ERP projects
- Knowledge of master data for mining and manufacturing (materials, bills of materials/BOM, finance, production)
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Required: Bachelor’s degree
- Language: Advanced spoken English required (there will be an interview stage in English).
