About the role
- Implement and lead a comprehensive growth strategy (acquisition, activation, retention)
- Run continuous tests and experiments (paid, outbound, landing pages, product-led, etc.)
- Work closely with Pierre Valluy, the development team, and company leadership
- Monitor KPIs closely and ruthlessly cut what doesn't perform
Requirements
- You have previously scaled a company or a product
- You are autonomous: you propose ideas and execute them
- You are comfortable with numbers, tools, rapid iteration, and media buying
- You prefer action over slides
- You are not a freelancer with 25 clients — available full-time and fully focused
