About the role
- Be the first point of contact for customers
- Help customers navigate the platform
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Respond to customer inquiries via inbound messages in both Vietnamese and English
Requirements
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English
- Experience providing support through inbound messaging
- Capable of handling 3-5 simultaneous chats
- Willingness to install ModSquad security software
- Access to a webcam or smartphone for clear photos
- Stable broadband internet connection (25 Mbps)
- Minimum 8 GB of RAM
- Dedicated laptop or desktop computer running Windows 10 or newer
