About the role
- Greet every customer with elegance and enthusiasm
- Understand customer expectations and guide them in discovering the Byredo universe
- Provide a personalized, immersive experience
- Build and maintain a high-quality client database
- Ensure the sales area is presented flawlessly
- Contribute to daily reporting
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve collective targets
- Proactively propose ideas to drive sales
Requirements
- Diploma in cosmetics or sales (CAP, BTS or equivalent)
- Excellent command of sales and advisory techniques
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Previous successful experience selling beauty or luxury products
- Fluency in English required
- Mandarin or Arabic would be a plus
- Energetic, motivated, versatile, team-oriented, and discreet
