Consultant

• As a Change Consultant in Programme and Change Acceleration, you will support the delivery of complex client business transformation and change management initiatives across a variety of sectors with an initial focus on delivering high impact change within Consumer Products and Retail.
• You will help clients to successfully navigate outsourcing and wider transformation programmes by shaping and delivering change initiatives.
• Supporting the execution of overall work stream(s) necessary to the delivery of projects, as well as help re-design how services should operate by embracing digital capabilities.
• Implementing change management methodologies, tools, and processes on client engagements to drive forward P&CA thought leadership.
• Delivering business change assets (e.g., impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, process mapping, hypercare governance, communication & training plans, pain point analysis, BAU transition) for a client with minimum guidance.
• Shaping and solving problems using a fact-based approach to drive insight to clients.
