About the role

  • Support and drive forward our digital projects and platforms.
  • Support the project management of strategic projects aimed at data-driven process improvement.
  • Perform exploratory data analyses, create professional visualizations, and deliver persuasive presentations.
  • Research, evaluate, and develop innovative measurement-technology concepts and software solutions for digitalization projects.
  • Opportunity to work up to 20 hours per week during the semester and, by arrangement, full-time (up to 37.5 hours per week) during semester breaks.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Natural Sciences, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Enjoy working in agile projects and have an interest in storytelling and effectively presenting results.
  • Basic technical understanding of measurement technology, sensors, and automated optical inspection in practical applications.
  • Experience in production-oriented prototype design (CAD), e.g., Fusion 360, and in rapid prototyping (hardware, 3D printing, electronics).
  • Independent and solution-oriented working style. Able to work in project teams to contribute to project progress within specified timelines.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with SharePoint, OneNote, and Azure DevOps is a plus.
  • Systematic, structured working style, confident communication skills, and experimental aptitude.
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Valid enrollment certificate (proof of student status) covering the entire employment period.
