Engineer

• Write and manage CNC programs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in machining operations
• Utilize FANUC G/M code, Heidenhain TNC 640, and Renishaw Probe and Laser
• Interpret engineering drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished parts
• Work with CNC engineer to develop and improve CNC programs
• Continually maintain the CNC programming database and troubleshoot common CNC problems
• Communicate with supervisors, engineers, production, quality, and other team members for assignments and to resolve machining or quality issues
• Oversee CNC machines during production and adjust as necessary to maintain product quality and consistency
• Maintain quality standards through understanding of the Quality Management System
