About the role
- As a Process Management Consultant, you will play a key role in structuring, overseeing and continuously improving management systems within the organization.
- Lead compliance and certification efforts according to standards such as ISO 9001, EN9100.
- Ensure the cascade of requirements and the coherence of documentation within the Business Management System (BMS).
- Support process owners in formalizing, analyzing and re-engineering processes.
- Improve processes and increase their maturity.
- Manage risks and opportunities.
- Define a monitoring plan, analyze process deviations and contribute to their elimination.
- Actively participate in internal and external audits, process reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure ownership of quality and safety requirements, notably within the framework of ABP (Airbus Business Process) and PQM (Process Quality Management).
Requirements
- Desired profile: Degree from Bac+2 to Bac+5 or an engineering diploma, ideally with a specialization in quality, management systems or process engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in similar roles, preferably in the aerospace sector.
- Strong knowledge of standards ISO 9001, EN9100, ISO 14001.
- Experience in process governance, certification, Integrated Management Systems (IMS) / Business Management System (BMS).
- Experience with process modeling tools (BPMN, HOPEX, MEGA, etc.).
- Ability to work cross-functionally, to unite teams and to promote a continuous improvement mindset.
- Rigour, autonomy, analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
- English spoken and written at a minimum B2 level.
