About the role

  • Organize and lead projects end-to-end.
  • Manage all phases of IT projects (from scoping/design through deployment to end users) and provide key project/program control information, ensuring expected outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure successful delivery of fixed-price projects (adhering to budgets, timelines and agreed functional scope).
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and effective coordination throughout the project.

Requirements

  • Degree from an engineering school, business school or university (Master's or specialization in IT or complex project management).
  • Over 5 years' experience in an organizational and information systems consulting firm or within the IT department of an internationally operating company.
  • Good listening skills, collaborative mindset and proactive approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • English: minimum B2 level.
