About the role
- Organize and lead projects end-to-end.
- Manage all phases of IT projects (from scoping/design through deployment to end users) and provide key project/program control information, ensuring expected outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Ensure successful delivery of fixed-price projects (adhering to budgets, timelines and agreed functional scope).
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and effective coordination throughout the project.
Requirements
- Degree from an engineering school, business school or university (Master's or specialization in IT or complex project management).
- Over 5 years' experience in an organizational and information systems consulting firm or within the IT department of an internationally operating company.
- Good listening skills, collaborative mindset and proactive approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- English: minimum B2 level.
