About the role
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, especially around Virtual Agent and RPA flows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Implement and configure ServiceNow Virtual Agent to enhance customer experience
- Integrate RPA tools with ServiceNow to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflow efficiency
- Monitor and optimize platform performance to ensure reliability and responsiveness
Requirements
- Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) and IT operations management (ITOM) processes
- Experience developing and customizing ServiceNow, including workflows and integrations
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Virtual Agent and/or RPA tools
- Programming skills in JavaScript
- A problem-solving and analytical approach, with a willingness to learn and grow.
