• Understand the project context and the specific challenges of our clients
• Lead the project from design to deployment
• Ensure delivery of deliverables and services that meet specifications, in compliance with contractual commitments, budget, and timelines
• Work to improve the profitability of the projects you manage
• Be responsible for team performance and compliance with standards regarding tools and processes, as well as the analyses and dashboards for your portfolio
• Manage the contractual relationship with the client throughout all project phases and coordinate with internal stakeholders
• Drive the development of offers and commercial proposals and identify growth opportunities
• Understand your ecosystem to acquire and retain new clients
• Contribute to the success and control of our pre-sales activities and ensure the renewal of our key contracts
