About the role

  • Contribute to Workday projects: This includes AMS (Application Management Services) engagements, Phase X implementations, and potentially full end-to-end implementations.
  • Configure Workday modules: Depending on your expertise—Learning, Recruitment, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, etc.
  • Strengthen internal capabilities: Help build and mentor the internal Workday team, contribute to knowledge-sharing events like Townhalls and sessions.
  • Grow your Workday presence: Develop your expertise and visibility in the Workday ecosystem, both locally and globally.
  • Support pre-sales: Assist with effort estimation and other pre-sales activities.

Requirements

  • Workday certification: Preferably in a functional area (e.g., HCM Core, Compensation, Learning), or alternatively in platform areas (e.g., Peakon, Adaptive Planning, PRISM).
  • Hands-on Workday experience: Either through implementations or AMS engagements.
  • Consulting background: This is a plus, though not mandatory.
  • Language skills: Strong working proficiency in a Nordic language is required, though exceptions may be made for outstanding candidates.
