About the role
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and translate them into effective ALM/PLM solutions.
- Implement and configure CodeBeamer ALM to meet client specifications, including database updates and tool deployment.
- Design and deploy data models.
- Review specifications from a technical perspective.
- Prepare software update widget demonstrations for client presentations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users, ensuring smooth operation of ALM/PLM systems.
- Analyze and validate software releases.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of ALM/PLM tools, including CodeBeamer.
- Familiarity with database management processes and tool deployment.
- Proven experience in requirements management, test management, and configuration management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
- Fluent French language skills.
