About the role
- Join our People & Technology teams as a Junior Workday Consultant (m/f/d)
- Actively shape clients' HR processes by delivering innovative solutions based on Workday
- Support Workday consulting as well as the implementation, maintenance and further development of Workday solutions
- Help clients optimize their Workday processes and provide suggestions for improvement
- Deliver training and provide support on processes and features
- Identify and resolve technical issues
Requirements
- Completed university degree, e.g., in Computer Science, Psychology, HR Management, or a comparable qualification
- Initial knowledge of HR processes and HR systems, preferably with a focus on Workday
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work in a team
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Willingness to travel as required
