About the role
- Conduct customer journey mapping to enhance client experience and identify process improvements.
- Shape and understand exposure scope in line with new FCA regulations.
- Analyse and document account opening processes and onboarding workflows.
- Assess and interpret complex As-Is business system landscapes across all areas of the bank.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, providing challenge and clarity on ambiguous scope areas.
- Produce precise, detailed artefacts to support requirements and design decisions.
- Support both waterfall and agile delivery models, ensuring robust requirements gathering and traceability.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in requirements gathering and business analysis
- 7–10 years overall experience as a Business Analyst within banking or financial services.
- Previous regulatory project experience in the banking/financial services arena.
- Strong knowledge of: Account opening processes
- Onboarding procedures
- Ability to work across complex business systems and interpret technical aspects.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to articulate requirements clearly.
