About the role
- Actively develop and drive strategic and tactical opportunities within the Nordics
- Collaborating with Market and Portfolio sales teams to identify potential customers and develop a deep understanding of their technical and business requirements
- Engage with the client in a compelling and collaborative way to establish trust and understand their business and how Capgemini can help them
- Develop compelling cost effective/compelling solutions using the best of Capgemini to exceed client expectations
- Provide technical and sector guidance and support throughout the sales process, including responding to inquiries, conducting assessments, and developing proposals
- Participate in industry events and conferences to share your knowledge and expertise and network with customers and partners showing thought leadership
- Act as a Nordic SPOC for the Cyber GTM organization, leveraging additional resource capacity from the global Cyber organization
- When required, operate as a Solution Lead or Solution Architect to provide essential deal capacity
- Work across our partner organisations to bring the best of their products/services together with Capgemini services (Microsoft, Z Scaler)
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience of navigating a large matrixed Service Provider type organizations including Run (Managed Services) and Projects and Consulting structures
- Strong transformation/change and solutions expertise
- Full working proficiency in English
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver compelling technical demonstrations and presentations
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and address complex technical challenges
