About the role

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs across multiple streams
  • Develop and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, client teams, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution
  • Monitor program performance and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Ensure timely reporting and communication of program status to senior leadership
  • Drive governance and compliance with client’s standards and frameworks
  • Facilitate decision-making and remove roadblocks to ensure program momentum
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in financial services
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale programs on time and within budget
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working with major Canadian banks is a strong asset
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA is an asset
