About the role
- You actively work in our defense industry projects on the architecture and design of software solutions.
- You develop scalable solutions in line with project requirements and oversee their implementation.
- You analyze and identify customer needs and address them in a goal-oriented manner.
- You ensure smooth collaboration with customers and thereby optimize customer satisfaction.
- You support business development by raising awareness of Capgemini Engineering with clients and increasing your personal visibility among customer stakeholders.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Communications Engineering or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in the defense industry, ideally in development, integration and verification in the area of Systems or Software Engineering according to DO-178B/C or comparable standards in safety-critical projects.
- Exceptional ability to expand professional networks and generate new customer contacts.
- Solid experience in leading negotiations, a confident presence and strong presentation skills.
- Leadership abilities, analytical thinking, a structured working style and strong team orientation.
- Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
