Financial Planning and Analysis

• Build and implement a controlling/management accounting infrastructure (planned vs. actual analysis, potential analyses, KPI reporting, cash-flow management)
• Budgeting
• Analyze and assess monthly business performance and derive actionable recommendations
• Ensure proper accounting in compliance with current legal requirements
• Prepare quarterly financial statements and support year-end closing
• Leadership responsibility for the finance and payroll accounting functions
• Negotiate fees with government/public-sector clients
• Support IT and software projects
• Continuously develop and improve finance and accounting structures and processes
