• Engage with stakeholders to define architecture and ensure scalability, security, and performance
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Manages medium to large priorities, deadlines, and deliverables proactively
• Provide consultation and recommendations for business capabilities, business process design, business intelligence design, software development design/architecture, application frameworks, and/or interfaces during the design and ongoing care of implemented solutions
• Lead the design, coding and implementation of complex integration solutions and establishes best practices
• Lead the development team to develop, test, and deploy application components
• Analyze, solution, develop, test, debug, and deploy software according to standards in an agile environment
• Lead troubleshooting and optimization of high-complexity issues
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and technical mentoring of integration developers
• Identify and resolve technical design or implementation issues
• Define and document integration architectures using MuleSoft
• Assist in the development of reusable assets, components, frameworks, processes to facilitate API integration for future use
• Provide hands-on contributions to the technical code and design documentation
• Responsible for documenting and ensuring approval of the application design
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards
• Architect end-to-end integration solutions using MuleSoft and related technologies
