About the role

- Deliver excellent customer service through counter sales, quotes, delivery orders etc.
- Goods inwards procedures
- Stock replenishment
- Adhering to store retail standards
- Picking and packing orders
- Designing and selling of kitchens (full training will be provided)
Requirements
- Previous sales experience using P.O.S
- Experience with cash handling
- Strong customer service focus
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to navigate and utilise computer systems and technology
- Ability to multi task in a dynamic fast paced trade business
- Previous experience in a similar Counter sales / Trade Sales position
- An understanding of the Timber & Hardware market with previous experience is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work closely in a diverse team
