Solutions Engineer

• Develop in-depth knowledge of the MetaRouter platform.
• Support clients and partners by tackling complex use cases and with solutions that work.
• Work closely with the Product and Vendor Integration team to identify new use cases, solutions, and platform capabilities.
• Onboard, implement, manage technical escalations, and expand adoption with potential customers.
• Absorb business requirements and build out detailed Solution Briefs that detail the necessary steps, resources, and timelines to achieve the desired solution.
• Identify and understand different analytics, advertising, and marketing concepts and ecosystems.
• Ensure proper user attribution on customer websites and process information required.
