About the role
- Responsible for organizing and coordinating our three bars
- Ensuring smooth service operations
- Compliance with hygiene and sanitation regulations
- General guest service
- Scheduling and supervising staff
- Oversight and authority to give professional instructions to service staff
- Allocation of staff break times
- Carrying out and verifying financial settlements
- Close, trusted collaboration with Food & Beverage management
Requirements
- Experience in the food & beverage or hospitality sector
- Positive demeanor and strong service orientation
- Team player with a committed work ethic and polite manner
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Reliable and efficient working style, even during busy periods
- Basic IT/computer skills
- Excellent German (spoken and written) and good English skills
