About the role
- Manage, renew, and foster growth within assigned accounts
- Develop customized account plans and strategies to optimize customer retention
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities, upselling and cross-selling
- Collaborate with Customer Success team for continued engagement
- Partner with Renewals Representatives for robust account retention
- Monitor customer usage patterns for strategic renewal decisions
- Implement proactive sales processes during renewal negotiations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
- Minimum of 2 years tenure in account management
- Established track record in account management, growth, and renewals within software or SaaS domain
- Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities
- Proactive approach to identifying expansion opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in [Language] and English
- Willingness to embrace a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office)
