About the role

  • Attend to all guests with a genuine spirit of service and hospitality.
  • Ensure rooms and public areas are thoroughly clean.
  • Organize, plan, direct, and control the department under your responsibility.
  • Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, controls, and standards.
  • Ensure equipment inventories are complete.
  • Plan and implement training for staff under your supervision.
  • Promote integration of your department with other hotel areas.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in similar roles
  • Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Tourism Business Administration
  • Intermediate English preferred
  • Knowledge of computer systems, internet, and hotel systems such as Sihot and Opera
  • Knowledge and application of LHW and AAA standards
  • Attention to detail, analytical ability, and numerical skills
  • Proficient use of office equipment and software, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong people skills, effective conflict management with staff, organizational ability, and sound judgment for decision-making
  • Planning, supervision, leadership and control; maintain staff motivation and provide verbal and written recognition.
