About the role
- Responsible for liaising with groups and managing hotel operations for events
- Prepare quotes for social events and meetings
- Ensure coordination of operational details and inform all departments
- Handle customer needs and up-sell food & beverage services
- Maintain continuous contact with the client during their stay
- Execute closing of event files and follow up with customer feedback
Requirements
